What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via the following methods:
Check cards or ATM cards (as long as they are associated with one of the major credit card companies listed above)
Do I have to pay sales tax?
B2BVideoSource.com does not charge sales tax on any orders.
When will my credit card be charged?
B2BVideoSource.com will not charge your credit card until your products, including backordered items, are actually shipped.
Please note, your credit card company will put a "hold" on the funds when you place your order, however, this does not mean your credit card has been charged.
Do you accept international orders?
We do accept international orders. For international orders paid via credit card, we need you to fax the following information to 419-858-4344 once you have placed your order online:
a copy of your credit card (both sides); numbers must be readable a copy of the card holder's personal photo identification (e.g., driver's license, passport) a letter signed by the card holder authorizing B2BVideoSource.com to charge you for the items you are ordering (please list items) and ship to the specified address
Please select the international shipping option when checking out. We will email you your shipping cost and it will be added as a separate transaction on your credit card. Please note, the shipping cost does not include any customs/duties owed. The customer is responsible for payment of customs/duties.
What if I want to make a change to my order?
If you would like to make a change to your order, please send us your request via our online support request form.
What if I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time as long as it has not already entered the shipping process. Please send your cancellation request via our online support request form. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via e-mail when your order has been cancelled.

When will my order ship?
B2BVideoSource.com offers same day shipping on in-stock orders placed before 4pm EST.
Exceptions to same-day shipping:
In-stock orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following business day. Some products ship from warehouses with earlier shipping cut-offs. These products may not ship until the following business day. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer. Not all manufacturers process and ship orders the same day they are placed. Although we try our best to ship in-stock orders the day they are placed, we do not guarantee it.
When will my backorder ship?
Backordered items are items currently not in stock. We have ordered the product from our supplier and will ship your order as soon as the item is available. When possible, we will provide you via e-mail with an estimated ship date, however, we do not always receive this information from our suppliers.
How do I track my order?
You can track your orders online by clicking on the Order Status/History link.
What do Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day shipping mean?
When you select Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day shipping for an order you place with B2BVideoSource.com, you will not necessarily receive your order in one/two/three days. The shipping method guarantees delivery of an order in one/two/three business days from the date the order ships. The date the order ships depends on item availability. Most in stock order ship same day. If any items from your order are not currently in stock, you will be notified via e-mail.

What do I do if I think my product is defective?
Before you return the item to B2BVideoSource.com, we recommend that you contact that manufacturer for assistance. It is often the case with electronics, that the item is not defective. Instead it is an operational problem which the manufacturer can help you troubleshoot. If an opened item is returned and we confirm that it is not defective, we will ship the item back to the sender or you will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. If you are certain the item is defective, you should follow our return instructions.
How do I return a product?
Within 30 days of shipment, you may return any item in brand new condition or any defective item for a refund (we do not refund the shipping cost unless the return is a result of our error).
Non-defective items must be in brand new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. We cannot accept returns of opened items (unless defective) or any items returned more than 30 days after shipment. Defective items are covered under the particular manufacturer's warranty and we request that you please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement of defective products.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please complete the Return Request Form and customer service will contact you via e-mail with your RMA# and shipping instructions for the return. Returns that do not include an RMA# will be assessed a re-stocking fee or will be returned to the sender with no credit given.
We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable shipping method (e.g., Fedex, UPS, USPS with shipment confirmation).
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
If you are requesting a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number, then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have your product available and your credit will be applied approximately 4-7 days after we receive the product you are returning.
For international orders, we will not by responsible for return shipping costs nor will refund original shipping costs.
When will my refund appear on my credit card?
A credit for a return will be applied to your card 7-10 business days from the time the return has arrived at our warehouse.

What are the advantages of creating an account?
Quick Check Out - You only need to enter your shipping and billing information the first time you place an order with B2BVideoSource.com. This information is then saved for future orders making check out quick and easy!
If you are a new customer and haven't placed an order with us yet, you do not need to register or open an account with us first. You will create an account at the time that you place your first order.
How do I create an account?
You will have the option to create an account when you place your first order or you can create one at any time by clicking on My Account on the top navigation bar. You will be asked to create your own login and password and to fill in your billing and shipping address.
How do I edit my account information?
Login to your account and then click on My Account on the top navigation bar to go to your account information page. Make the necessary changes and click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
What if I forgot my password?
Click on My Account to login to your account. Enter your login username, select "Please Email Me My Password" and click on the Login button. You will be sent an e-mail including your password to the e-mail account you provided when you created your account.
