It includes red, yellow, and green tally markers to indicate the program, preview and other sources as well as the next selected effect. And there is a button that will cause the preview display to show the next selected effect. The operator can use one monitor to observe all sources and the next selected video effect before broadcast. The SE-500 includes a small audio mixer with two line level (unbalanced) and two mic inputs. There is also a headphone jack and volume control on the front. Remote controls include both MIDI and RS-232 so you can control it with a keyboard or a computer.
