HEARING IMPAIRED VIDEO SOLUTIONS
Video Relay Service (VRS) is a form of Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) that enables people with hearing disabilities who use American Sign Language (ASL) to communicate with hearing voice telephone users via video equipment, rather than via typed text.
